Adjunct Faculty
We are looking to build our adjunct pool for the Behavioral Sciences area. Individuals are invited to send their CV in consideration for a Spring 2009 appointment. Candidates must have an earned Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology or Education with a focus in either discipline. Preference will be given to those with collegiate level teaching experience; online teaching experience (or willingness to learn) is a plus. Adjunct Faculty Briarwood College Dental Hygiene Program is currently accepting applications for adjunct faculty for didactic and clinical and community rotations. To be considered, the applicant must have a baccalaureate degree in Dental Hygiene or related field, a Masters Degree in DH or related field is preferred and at least 5 years clinical experience. Membership in the American Dental Hygienists' Association is preferred. Experience in education and/or public health is also preferred.

Part-Time College Nurse
Briarwood College has an immediate opening for a registered nurse (BSN preferred) to manage a health service program in a small residential college. Applicants must be licensed by the State of Connecticut and CPR/AED certified. Five years nursing experience with a school nurse background preferred.
Hours are Monday - Thursday 9am to 4pm during the academic year with flexible hours during the summer months.
